Is there a sport that you just don t like at all?

I absolutely detest baseball. I think it has to be by far one of the most boring sports to watch. Sure it is exciting to see a home run or an impossible catch being made but, how often do these things really happen? Most of the time it is just some guy hitting a ball with a bat and maybe getting around the bases to score. How exciting. At least they may be getting some exercise.

I feel the same way about baseball. It's the most boring sport there is. You just sit there and wait for something to happen! Sometimes they just strike out and all that time was wasted.

I have a couple, I do not like to watch tennis, and I dispise golf. I would rather play tennis than watch. I hate golf because it is really boring to me, I don't even like to play that one, and I like to play a lot of sports.

I wouldn't go so far as to say that I don't like golf, ctry, but I find it to be very boring. It is a sport that, for me, is impossible to get excited about. Now basketball is a whole different matter-specifically NBA basketball. I had never had any interest in the game except during high school. Then, during the early 80s my oldest daughter made me acquainted with the game. I was pumped and excited after watching only one game. I have been an addict of the NBA variety ever since. I will skip my favorite shows when they are showing an NBA game.(:

My sister learned to play golf years ago but since she lives in PA and I'm in Boston...she couldn't get to me! lol

Now don't everyone jump on me but I could never get into the game of soccer. Not even to just watch a game. I'm not a big sports fan but I do try to keep up with the home teams here in Boston. There was a time when I was really into Hockey and knew all the players and what they did. Those days have long since ended. When I lived in San Diego I got into watching Basketball for awhile but that was when Magic was awesome and made it interesting to watch. Do you get into watching any sports on tv or attend any games? Is there a sport that you don't bother watching or hearing about?

woh... I like sports, but it does not mean that I will use 45 minutes or 1 hours to watch match. Especialy football, firstly, I cannot understand why those 20 people run around the square for such a long time and just shoot 2-3 times into the gate.^^ (waiting for bad egg...)

Yes, sometimes what the players are doing make no sense to me either.

Generally speaking I don't like any Pro sport because I think they send the wrong messages to our Kids.In Hockey, if we are not winning we throw down our gloves and Fight.) Our kids should be learning good sportmanship, and that winning is not the most important thing. Also I think kids need to learn that working together is better than being competitive. There are lots of non competitive sports.I don't believe in Boxing at all! I think its cruel and unusual Punishment, and if it was played by animals it would have been outlawed long ago. (same as Bullfighting in Canada and the US)
